The Seller will only use the collected personal information to provide the services he offers. The Seller respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online shop, and will therefore take the necessary steps to protect them from any violations and abuses. Personal data of users is one of the areas to which the Seller pays extraordinary care and attention, knowing the sensitive nature of this area.

 

Use of personal data

For the purpose of providing the services it offers, the Seller collects, manages, processes, and stores the following personal information:

- first and last name

- delivery address

- name of the company or legal entity (if the user is a legal entity)

- tax number of the legal entity (if the user is a legal entity)

- email address (username)

- phone number

- country of residence

- other information that the user voluntarily fills in the web shop forms

- other information that the user later voluntarily adds to their profile.

The Seller is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the information entered by the user.

 

Cookies and IP addresses

At the beginning of each visit to the online store, the Seller assigns each user a cookie for identification, to check the shopping cart and ensure traceability. Cookies are only stored in the server's memory for the duration of the visit to the online store and are deleted after an hour of inactivity. The Seller may also store some permanent cookies on the user's computer or device, such as the encoded user identification number to identify the user on the next visit to the online store or the product review, allowing the user to know which items he has already reviewed, and indirectly also external cookies from Google Analytics that serve to analyze website visits. The Seller may use this data in an anonymous summarized form for statistical analysis purposes. With a view to online security, the Seller also collects IP addresses from which users access the online store.

 

Confidentiality statement for personal data and user privacy

In accordance with the regulations regarding the protection of personal data, the Seller is obliged to protect the personal data of users of his online store. The Seller will in no case provide personal or other user information to a third party and will not grant a third party access to personal or other user information without the express consent of the user, unless national authorities request this, if such an obligation is laid down in law, or if it is in good faith believed that such action is necessary for court proceedings or other government agencies and for the protection and exercise of the legitimate interests of the Seller.

All personal and other information that the user will provide during registration in the online store, as well as when ordering and purchasing products, including the content of orders, will be protected in accordance with regulations regarding the protection of personal data. The Seller will only contact the Buyer through remote communication if the Buyer does not expressly object to this. Advertising emails will contain elements that will be clearly and unambiguously labeled as advertising messages, the sender will be clearly indicated, actions, special discounts, and other marketing techniques will be clearly marked as such with clearly defined terms for participation, it will be clearly indicated how to unsubscribe from receiving advertising messages, the Buyer's wish not to receive advertising messages will be expressly respected by the Seller. The Seller may use data in an anonymous summarized form for statistical analysis purposes. The confidentiality of personal and other user information will not be violated in any way.

The Seller will retain users' personal information in the collection of personal data only for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purpose for which the personal information is collected and managed.

For the Delivery Service, the Seller will only provide the necessary information for the delivery of products purchased in the online store (information about the recipient and the delivery address). The Seller will contact the user via email if necessary for the execution of the purchase in the online store, and via the contact phone number only if there is a problem during the registration process or making a purchase in the online store.

 

Implementation of the privacy policy

In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, the Seller protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Rules.

All permanent or part-time employees of the Seller who have access to personal and other user information are familiar with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Rules and the obligation to protect personal and other data, and are required to comply with these provisions regarding the protection of the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online store. The obligation to protect personal and other data is in effect even after the relationship with the Seller has ended.

Registered users can stop using the online store at any time and can withdraw their registration. By doing so, they must notify the Seller of the cancellation of the registration by means of a written statement. Before making a statement of cancellation of the registration, the User must settle all outstanding obligations arising from purchases made in the online store. The Seller will also protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online store under this Privacy Policy in the event of the cancellation of the registration.
